Q: DO WE STILL HAVE TWO FREE MEALS PER WEEK?
A: Yes, the college has approved all staff and faculty receive 2 free meals per week.

Q: WHERE CAN I REDEEM MY (2) FREE MEALS?
A: You can redeem your meals at Malott.

Q: WHAT HAPPENS IF I USE ALL MY SWIPES FOR THE WEEK?
A: You can use Board plus, Claremont Cash, Credit or Debit cards. All swipes reset each week.

Q: HOW DO I ACCESS MY 2 FREE MEALS?
A: Starting August 27th, 2023, until the end of the school year, you will receive 2 free per week, you may come to Malott.

Q: WHAT DAYS OF THE WEEK CAN I REDEEM MY 2 FREE MEALS
A: You can use your meal swipes any day of the week that we are open.

Q: IF YOU DON’T USE YOUR MEALS EVERY WEEK, DO THEY ROLLOVER?
A: No, meal swipes do not rollover.

Q: CAN YOU USE 2 MEALS IN ONE DAY?
A: Yes, you can use your meal swipes any way you choose.

Q: CAN YOU DO TAKE OUT OR DO YOU HAVE TO DINE IN?
A: You can dine in with us or take out; for take out you will need to check out a green box.

Q: CAN IT BE ANY MEAL OF THE DAY?
A: Yes, you can use your swipe for any meal of the day.

Q: ARE THERE ANY BLACKOUT DATES, DURING THE ACADEMIC SCHOOL YEAR?
A: No, your meal swipes can be redeemed any day that the café is open.

Q: ARE THEY TRANSFERRABLE TO OTHER PEOPLE?
A: No, the free swipes are not transferrable at this time.

Q: DO YOU NEED TO HAVE YOUR COLLEGE ID TO REDEEM YOUR MEAL?
A: Yes, your college ID is required to swipe for your free meal or use any college payment methods.

Q: HOW DO I CHECK THE BALANCE OF USED MEALS OR CASH BALANCES?
A: You can check the balance of meals and any cash balances on your card at the cashier kiosk at Malott.
